A Certified Release is a software bundle that has been fully tested and certified by the ICEsoft as production quality code. Certified Releases have undergone regression testing against a comprehensive matrix of application servers, IDEs, browsers, and other supported Java EE middleware.
New Certified releases are immediately available to all commercially supported customers and community contributors.
There are two ways community members can access the latest Certified Release code base:
Build your own bundle: Discrete source code changes are immediately available to all community members via theICEfaces SVN repository . A specific release will be found under the "tags" directory in SVN. Unsupported users seeking early access to code changes can build their own software bundles directly from this repository.
Become a supported customer: Community members interested in becoming a support customer can select from any of theICEfaces Support Options .
A Development Build provides an early-access preview of new features, enhancements, and fixes that will be included in the upcoming ICEfaces release. Development Builds have been lightly tested and are unsuitable for production use.
