WebMC is an ICEfaces open source project that allows users to share PowerPoint® presentations over the web. WebMC uses ICEfaces' Ajax Push capabilities to deliver a collaborative web-based sharing experience without the use of special browser plugins. Users are invited to use WebMC for online PowerPoint collaboration at their convenience. No advanced scheduling is required. Developers are invited to download, customize, and evolve WebMC for all to benefit.

To see WebMC in action, click the 'Join/Host a WebMC Presentation' button below. Choose the 'Viewer' tab and select anyone of the following presentations from the drop down menu; Palau Show, Saving PPT or Webbuilder, The password for these presentations is 'default'. These presentations are set to Slideshow mode navigating from slide to slide every 3 seconds, enjoy.

Hosted Service:
WebMC is hosted as a free on demand service for all to use. To host a WebMC presentation, click 'Join/Host a WebMC Presentation' button below and select the 'Moderator' tab. As the moderator of the presentation, you must give the presentation a title and a password.

NOTE: Your PowerPoint presentation must be converted to image format (JPEG, GIF or PNG) and zipped prior to uploading. For more information, refer the 'Saving PTT Demo', or follow the instructions on the moderator login screen.

Downloads:
The following WebMC downloads are available:

• WebMC Binary - The WebMC binary is bundled with the Jetty web server so installation is simple and no configuration is necessary. Simply download, unzip, and launch the application to host a slideshow conference from your computer.
• WebMC Binary for OSX - The WebMC Macintosh bundle provides the WebMC binary as a double-clickable Macintosh application. Simply download, unzip, and double-click the application to host a slideshow conference from your computer.
• WebMC Source Code - The complete source code for the WebMC application is available under the Mozilla public license. If you're a web developer or a Java developer, we encourage you to customize WebMC for your own needs or for the benefit of the community.
