Hi All,
I have implement the grid by using ice:dataTable component. When I click on header column data items are sorted as expected. But if Back button has been clicked on the browser the data items do not sort. It seems that some other components also have same unexpected behavior.
Is it a bug or misconfiguration?
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Are you backing into the same page? I guess it would matter if you've got request scoped beans.
Thanks,
Philip

Hi Philip,
Thanks for quik answerHi Philip,
Thanks for quick answer. Yes I am backing into the same page. I just press Back History Button. I have got session scoped beans. By the way, I use Seam 1.1.
I have found some article about this problem http://dev2dev.bea.com/pub/a/2006/01/ajax-back-button.html?page=1.
I realize IceFaces Ajax implementation should solve this issue by default. Am I right?
Any help appreciated.
Regards,
Denis

I have got the same identical problem only on Firefox and Opera, not with IE7.
I have been working with IceFaces 1.5.2 and Seam 1.1.0GA(on JBoss 4.0.5 with jboss-EJB-3.0_RC9_Patch_1).
I think it is an IceFaces bug, and I have expected 1.5.2 to solve this, but it does not.
Waiting for next release.
Max
