Please help me!. How to save annotation without moving it when open by Foxit Reader

Peter can you give a little more information on how you are using ICEpdf and FoxIt when editing PDFs?

If you want to save the state of an existing annotation then you can use page.updateAnnotation(..).

I use ICEpdf to create Annotation and save it with PDF file. When I open that PDF by Foxit reader, I can move a round that Annotation. anyway, I want ICEpdf create Annotation and save to PDF file but when anyone open that PDF by Foxit, they can't move Annotation on that PDF.

We follow the PDF specification pretty closely when creating the annotations. I'm a bit surprised that Foxit can't move the annotation after it was created with ICEpdf as Acrobat reader can without any problems.

You might want to check with the Foxit support as well.
