Hi
We are trying to use JBoss Seam but replace RichFaces with ICEFaces and still continue to generate the application through Eclipse IDE.

We have been able to do that using SeamGen but it requires us to maintain two projects and then everytime we make changes in the datamodel we need to go back and manually copy over things into the Eclipse project.

Anybody has successfully done this by configuration changes in Seam to replace RichFaces by ICEFaces?

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but if you run seam-gen with the ICEfaces option, then you just have to open a General Project in ICEfaces and point to the location/application you just created for it to open in Eclipse. If you have Eclipse plug-ins for ICEfaces (available from the downloads page), then you just carry on from here.

Hope this is helpful. Otherwise, perhaps give us a little more info on the problem(s) you are experiencing.
