@ashsgh -- Looks like you don't have the ejb3 container in your jboss server perhaps? You need to use the JEMS installer for jboss-4.0.5.GA AS.

FYI, I would like point out the following link: ICEfaces Roadmap.

As you can see on the roadmap, we have currently targeted and are actively working on support for JBoss Portal for the upcoming 1.7 release.
