we're using ICEfaces 1.8.1 and Seam 2.1.1.GA. One of our views contains a quite complex JSF component which communicates to the server using Seam Remoting. We face the problem that the HTTP session expires even if requests have been sent to the server.
Some debugging revealed that the HTTP session is kept alive by the Seam Remoting requests but the session gets invalidated by the ICEfaces session monitor because there were no JSF requests.
Is there a good way to handle this situation?
Regards
Dirk
